MICRODELEGATION-    WORKING WITH CHAIR SIDE ASSISTANT

INSTRUMENT GRIP AND INSTRUMENTTRANSFER.

Guide for instrument grip and instrument transfer.
the methods can best be learned by 50 repeated exercises made 3-5 times. In order to train specific movements-patterns so the become "automatizised" most dentists and assistants have to repeat the movements at least 150 to 300 times and sometimes more. The number of necessary repetitions is quite different. Taking that into account I have never experienced dentists and assistants who couldn't learn these movement pattern.

IF MOVEMENT-PATTERNS  SEEMS DIFFICULT TO LEARN,                                                                 REPEAT THEM TILL YOU FIND IT EASY.

Many - especially dentists - give up  to learn movement-patterns ,  that could be learned using say 3 more training sessions of 10 minutes !!

With kind regards and good luck-
